to experience three countries, share yoga technologies and learn ways to support health and wellness.

*  More touring of Ghana, shopping in Accra, 17-21 August

*  Health & Wellness Conference in Accra, Friday 19 August

We invite all individuals, businesses, non-profits organizations and others who want to share technologies, learn ways to support health here, 
be empowered to make healthy choices, and learn from Ghanaians what, how and where they need help.

Themes of the conference include - Managing Stress, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes, HIV/AIDs, Nutrition, Women's and Children's Health, Malaria+

* Yoga Community Day in Accra - Introduction to Yoga, Saturday 20 August
Open to everyone - those new to yoga, also students and teachers - come to learn about yoga, try it out and see how you feel!

Krishna Kaur, E-RYT, MSS, is an experienced and inspiring yoga and meditation teacher and community leader.
She is the African Training Coordinator for Kundalini Research Institute.
She studied at the feet of her master teacher Yogi Bhajan for over 35 years. She brings a passionate devotion to teaching.
She is founder of 
Y.O.G.A for Youth, and founder/president of the International Association of Black Yoga Teachers (IABYT).
 She is from Los Angeles, California, but for decades she has been returning home to
Ghana and Togo each year to offer classes and Kundalini Yoga teacher training programs.
