Winter series is ending this week, and the new spring series starts next week. Please register now to assure your place.

SPRING 2009 CLASSES

MONDAYS

Kundalini Yoga, 7:30-8:45pm
Spring series #1: 16 March - 20 April (6 weeks)
Spring series #2: 27 April - 29 June (6 weeks, no class 4 & 18 May, 1 & 8 June)

€84 tuition per series. Please pre-register to assure your place, as class limit is eight people. Registered students are given priority, then drop-in fee is €18/class. Bring mat (or large towel) and thick blanket. Open to all levels; beginners to Kundalini Yoga, please come the first Monday of the series at 7pm for a short introduction. DOORS OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.

WEDNESDAYS

Kundalini Yoga, 7:30-8:45pm
Spring series #1: 18 March - 22 April (6 weeks)
Spring series #2: 29 April - 24 June (6 weeks, no class 20 & 27 May, 3 June)

€84 tuition per series. Please pre-register to assure your place, as class limit is eight people. Registered students are given priority, then drop-in fee is €18/class. Bring mat (or large towel) and thick blanket. Open to all levels; beginners to Kundalini Yoga, please come the first Wednesday of the series at 7pm for a short introduction. DOORS OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.

FRIDAYS - Offering two special series... the first 18 yoga classes Cristin ever took. She's happy to share these fun, powerful teachings and re-experience them with you.

Kundalini Yoga, 9:45-11am

Winter series continues - The Eight Chakras: 13 February - 3 April (8 weeks) Drop-ins welcome until 3 April
A chakra (wheel) is an energy center or vortice in the body. Seven of the main chakras lie along the spine, corresponding to the endocrine system and major nerve centers. The eighth is the aura (the energy field where all the chakras merge). In the eastern view of anatomy, our energy and health require open and balanced chakras. These eight classes work from the root chakra to the crown chakra, and beyond to the aura, creating balance, vitality and energy. It is a fabulous way to pro-actively enhance well-being and your life.

Spring/Summer series - The Ten Bodies: 10 April - 17 July (10 weeks, no class 1, 22 & 29 May, 5 & 12 June)
In the yogic view of anatomy, our physical body is just one of ten bodies. The others include three mental bodies (positive, negative and neutral mind) and six energy bodies. Each is related to our psyche and has gifts that manifest if strong. Our caliber depends on the balance of the ten bodies, and the root of disease exists first in one of these spiritual bodies, before it manifests outward. These ten classes strengthen and balance each body, to powerfully enhance health and well-being.

€108 tuition per series. Please pre-register to assure your space for all weeks, as class is limited to eight people, drop-in fee is €18/class. Bring mat (or large towel) and thick blanket. DOORS OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.

SATURDAYS

Kundalini Yoga, 9:30-10:45am ***NEW LATER START TIME!
Spring series: 21 March - 9 May (6 weeks, no class 25 April or 2 May)
Trial Classes: 16 May, 23 May, 13 June, 27 June

Pregnancy Yoga, 11am-12:30pm
The pregnancy class ends at 12:15pm, then there is an optional discussion on pregnancy/labor/birth topics.
Spring series: 21 March - 9 May (6 weeks, no class 25 April or 2 May)
Trial Classes: 16 May, 23 May, 13 June, 27 June

Please pre-register to assure your place, as class limit is eight people. €84 tuition per series. Registered students are given priority, then drop-in fee is €18/class. €10 tuition for trial classes paid at door (you're welcome as many trial classes as you like). Bring mat (or large towel) and thick blanket. Open to all levels; beginners to Kundalini Yoga, please come the first Saturday of the series at 9am for a short introduction. DOORS OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Current students, you do not need to fill out the registration form again, unless your contact details or goals have changed. Please register by making a transfer to Cristin Tighe 363-0477899-20 and put in the memo the day/class series information. Please complete this right away, as I will give available spots to new students starting this Sunday, 15 March.
