Greetings dear yoginis & yogis! My last class in Brussels for now is tomorrow evening, Monday 7:30-8:45pm, at my home studio. Hope to see you!

Since no one can take over my classes (in my home), I am sending details (LOTS) below on other Brussels+ classes for you. Mostly classes for adults, but Fiona has a kids' class and Anouk a pregnancy class. See my comments on the offerings below in BIG BOLD CAPS! I encourage you to go and find classes that work for you, "keep up" with Kundalini Yoga, and try some hatha yoga for physical alignment/body awareness.

Don't let yoga go because your teacher goes... it is one of the biggest gifts in life, what yoga gives -- Simran when you are aligned with the positive, the divine and the universe brings you everything you need in each moment as you walk your path - THAT YOU DESERVE. I wish you the very best on your yoga journey!

I will be back the first week in December, and likely offering some Brussels classes and workshops from 4-15 December 2009. I will keep you on my Brussels email list for those and future visits (a couple times a year), unless you reply you prefer to be taken off.

I am actually working with some teens living an anorexia problem, yoga and spritual life is surely helpfull.

Hereunder an overview about Catherine and yoga:
Catherine began yoga in September 1974 (at the age of 13) and (quasi) never stop since this time.
She followed the training of André Van Lysebeth, and got her European diploma of Hatha Yoga Teacher at the school of Pierre Losa in Brussels
She got a certificate of childyoga from the RYE (Research Yoga Education)
Even if her practice was influenced by the Iyengaer shool, she is in continue training on what concerns yoga
She followed different training with Surinder Singh from Rishikesh and also with his homonymus : Surinder Singh from London (Naada yoga),
She had studyed and worked as a psycho-pedagogical and is now following the classes of yogatherapist at the University, La Sorbonne, in Paris.
She goes regulary to Tich Nath Han (Thay) monastory and follows his blessfull teaching
