Dear yoga friends, some news...

KUNDALINI YOGA CLASSES CONTINUE STARTING THIS SUNDAY EVE!

You can drop-in as you like, no need to RSVP or to call if you must cancel. I am here and happy to teach as follows. New students (beginners or those new to Kundalini Yoga) are welcome now.
Tuition: 15Gh¢ drop-in, 100Gh¢ for 10 classes thru December, partial funds to Ghana Yoga!

Wednesday evenings 15 September - 15 December (no class 27 October, 24 November or 1 December), Guest Teacher Krishna Kaur may teach the class on 10 November!
* Kundalini Yoga, 7:30-8:45pm, Cantonments

Sunday evenings 19 September - 12 December (no class 24 October, 14-28 November or 5 December), Guest Teacher Krishna Kaur may teach the class on 7 November!
