Dear Yoga Friends,
Thank you for your interest in Kundalini Yoga!
I moved to Palm Beach Gardens from abroad, and was surprised there was so little Kundalini Yoga in the area... so I'm very, very happy to lead this inspired meetup group of people like you interested in this transformational yoga.
I will teach a weekly Wednesday eve class, starting January 8th, 2014 in PBG/just off 95. Details coming! Please mark your calendars, even though it's a bit far away. (I will let you know if a venue is sorted for classes before that... talked to two studios for awhile locally but nothing organized yet... not sure they know what to do with Kundalini Yoga, as much more then the sportier hatha yoga styles.)
In the meantime, glad you joined the newsletter.
