Kundalini Yoga Immersion Weekends & Teacher Training

The course includes five intensives of five days each in Accra, as well as Saturday morning weekend meetings every other weekend during the training.  Between those weekends, there will be assignments, classes, and workshops.

The teacher training course is for Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is for those wanting to teach or to accelerate their yoga practice and spiritual development in a very transformative, powerful way. The focus is on foundations and awakening, and gives you a lifelong basis for a successful yoga practice and provides the tools and comprehensive training to learn both the theory and techniques. You gain the knowledge and self-confidence to make a difference in yourself and the world around you.

Anusara® Immersion is an in-depth study of all the basic elements of philosophy and asana alignment technique. This is a series of workshops, designed to provide a good foundation of practical understanding for all serious yoga students, and for those who want to enter into the Anusara® Teacher Training.
